Careers · We're hiring
Help us hand the next generation what we wish we had.
Go Division 1 is built by former Division 1 and pro athletes. We're building the Prodigy Portal: one place for athletes and families to track, develop and get recruited, and for coaches and facilities to run their programs. Here's who we need next.
EngineeringFull-Stack Developer$80K–$150K+
Ship features across the Prodigy Portal every week, from the database to the screen a parent sees on their phone.
What you'll do
- Build athlete Track, Develop and Recruit screens: results, trends, goals and film
- Build coach and facility tools: rosters, testing days, schedules, check-ins and session notes
- Write Postgres tables, row level security and functions in Supabase
- Make every screen fast and clean on a phone, because that's where families live
What we need
- Strong JavaScript, HTML and CSS without leaning on a framework for everything
- SQL and Postgres, ideally Supabase or a similar backend
- You've shipped a real product people use, and you can show it
- You care about kids' data and building it safely

- Own auth, roles and permissions: parent-owned accounts, coaches, facility owners and staff
- Build payments and subscriptions, and the marketplace for facilities and coaches
- Set the bar for code review, testing and releases, and help hire the team
What we need
- 5+ years building and running production web apps
- Deep Postgres: schema design, row level security, performance
- Experience with payments, multi-tenant SaaS or marketplaces
- Youth privacy instincts: you know what COPPA means for a product like this

- Onboard each partner: their staff, athletes and testing set up on the Portal
- Plan co-branded camps and events with partner facilities
- Be the partner's point of contact and bring their feedback back to the product
What we need

- Comfortable on the phone, on site and running a pipeline
- Organized: partners trust you because you follow through
- Former athlete or coach is a plus
